Meet The Team

Your local Dunstable, Luton and Leighton Buzzard branch of Walfinch is owned by Managing Director, Frederick Hölscher.

Frederick began his career as an academic and holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of South Africa, he has since travelled the world as a business consultant. He is also a part time lecturer at the Ashridge Hult business school for executive education.

Frederick brings his knowledge and experience as an academic and business consultant over more than 20 years to provide value and insight to his team and the clients they serve within the local area of Dunstable, Luton and Leighton Buzzard.

For Frederick and his team, delivering an excellent home care service also means building meaningful relationships with those in their care and their families. Their compassionate, person-centred approach to home care provision recognises the need to cultivate fulfilling relationships with the clients they work with and to help alleviate loneliness and support the needs of the elderly in their local community.
