Steve Elliott
Owner and Managing Director
The Hampstead and Camden branch of Walfinch is locally owned by Steve Elliott, who serves as the managing director and the registered manager. With over 25 years of experience in various care and management roles, Steve has worked as a live-in carer and area manager for Christies Care and has also owned his own home care branch of the company in Bromley. Now, he is excited to take on the opportunity of running his current branch in the wonderful Hampstead area.

As a northerner Steve supports Newcastle and likes cricket and rock music.
Daniela Miteva
Director, Recruitment and Marketing
Daniela is the second Director of the branch, overseeing all marketing, social media activities, and recruitment. With over 20 years of experience in marketing and organising large-scale events, including the London New Year’s Day Parade, international music festivals, concerts, and business events, Daniela brings a wealth of expertise to the team. She has also served as an operations manager and team leader for various startups, where she recruited, trained, and managed small and large teams of employees.
Daniela loves all forms of art, but she is especially passionate about classical music. Her ideal holiday is on a sunny beach somewhere quiet.
Audrey Faulkner
Registered Manager
Audrey has been in management since 2008 starting in the NHS working for Essex Ambulance and then various GP surgeries as a CQC Registered Practice Manager. From there she progressed to working in the Care sector. She came to the Walfinch Franchise in 2019 for various branches as CQC Registered Manager. She has a wealth of knowledge which she brought from the NHS and from being a carer herself so understands the issues carers have. She has strong communication skills with our clients, essentially delivering high quality service. She is always ready to listen to clients, their families and our staff directly. She ensures our services meet the highest standards and comply fully with the latest CQC regulations.
Audrey likes to spend time with her family. She likes Ballroom and Latin dancing which she used to teach. And of course loves her holidays abroad.

Initial Call
Information Gathering: During your first call, we’ll ask detailed questions about the person needing care, including their location and specific needs.
Discussion: We’ll have a conversation about what kind of help you think is required.
Free Assessment Meeting
Scheduling: We’ll book a convenient time for a free assessment meeting with the care recipient and you or another relative/close person.
Assessment: During this meeting, we’ll evaluate the care needs in detail.
Post-Assessment Steps
Agreement: After completing the assessment, we’ll discuss and agree on the terms of the care contract.
Care Plan: We will create a personalised, person – centred care plan tailored to the individual’s needs.
Care Placement: Finally, we will assign the most suitable carers to provide the necessary support.
