Gurprit Gill is the Managing Director of Walfinch Sutton Coldfield, a care agency driven by her extensive experience and personal commitment to providing exceptional care. With 16 years in the care sector, Gurprit's journey began as a carer in domiciliary care, where she quickly advanced through roles, including Team Leader, Care Coordinator, and Deputy Manager. She earned her Level 5 in Management and Leadership and became a Registered Manager, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the sector.

Gurprit’s passion for care stems from her personal belief in delivering services the way she would want them for her own family. This deeply rooted commitment is what sets her apart; having worked her way up from the ground level, she understands the nuances of care and what truly matters to those who receive it. She takes great pride in listening, understanding,
and making a tangible difference in people’s lives, treating each client as if they were a loved one.

Raised with strong values by her parents, Gurprit attributes much of her success to the life lessons they instilled in her—values of hard work, integrity, and compassion.
