Meet The Team

Your local West Suffolk branch of Walfinch is owned by managing director Sarah Wickham. Sarah was born in Halesworth and is a very active member of the local community, having lived in the area all her life.

Sarah began her career in care almost twenty years ago working as a live-in carer and PA before going on to run a care home where she managed a team of nurses. Her experience of providing care for individuals both at home and within care homes has equipped her with invaluable knowledge and as a member of the British Nursing Association since 1996, Sarah is highly experienced in providing quality, flexible home care.

Sarah’s passion for the care sector grew during her time spent managing the flagship branch of a care business, providing award winning care to enable people to live independently at home.
