Tanya is a dedicated care professional and leader in the sector.  Named in Home Care Insight's "Power List 2022" for her innovative work on a new person-centred care planning system, Tanya is constantly striving for the best for her clients and to improve the care sector as a whole in the process.

Tanya has a natural empathetic quality and ability to communicate and listen to clients to best suit their specific home care needs. Highly organised and thoughtful, Tanya's attention to detail will ensure that the very best standards are constantly met for her clients and her Care Team.

Magdalena’s attention to detail and passion for care ensure our services run to the very highest standards and are fully compliant with the latest CQC regulations. Magdalena is on hand to provide our care staff with all the support that they need. She can educate clients and families on care and support needs and liaises effectively with medical professionals.
