The St Albans and neighboring towns branch of Walfinch is owned and led by Jide Williams.
Jide comes with over 20 years as a FCCA qualified accountant with a MBA from the Manchester business school, and many years of local and international experience in leading, building and developing teams to achieving great results. With a passion for continuous learning, his experiences and interests span through finance, energy, hospitality, real estate and healthcare sectors.
Jide’s passion for giving back, adherence to compliance and quality, more importantly, leading and developing a sustainable premium care services that prioritises the individual needs and preferences of its clients. Together with the team, we create personalised care plans that offer a wide range of daily needs and activities to improve the overall well-being, dignity and respect for our clients within the comforts of their own homes.
We appreciate our team of carers for their dedication and hard work in ensuring the continuous well-being of our clients, their well-being is never overlooked.
Jide’s personal life revolves around his family – wife and 2 young adult children, balancing family, entrepreneurial interests and finding time to golf with mates.

Hi! I am Victoria, I have recently joined Walfinch as the Registered Manager bringing over 23 years of experience in the care industry. I am a kind, passionate and approachable individual with a hands on approach with the care team to achieve the best level of care. I am also the training manager and all staff are trained in house at St Albans. Seeing the joy on others faces gives me a sense of achievement knowing I have made a difference to someone’s life. I will always go that extra mile and share my experiences to support my staff team to progress in their careers.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with the family and taking my fur baby for walks.
