I am Saba Pillai, a healthcare professional with over 30 years of experience specializing in patient care, team management, and healthcare operations. As a Senior Pharmacy Manager, I have worked closely with GP surgeries, care homes, and healthcare providers to deliver effective and compassionate care.

My career has been dedicated to enhancing the quality of life through strategic approaches to caregiving and empowering teams to provide tailored, high-quality healthcare solutions.

My expertise lies in addressing complex healthcare challenges with practical, results-oriented solutions. I bring deep knowledge in patient-centred care, caregiving strategies, elder care, and chronic illness management, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients. My name is Ranjita Roy. I am the Registered Manager. I have been working in Adult Health Social care since 2010. I have gained knowledge and experience
whilst working in care sector which helped me to develop myself as a Registered Manager in 2014.

I am genuinely enjoying my role as a Registered Manager looking after the community and home care service with all type of care, complex care and greater experience of Supported Living. I have NVQ Level 5 in Leadership qualification in Health and Social care for Adults and Children, and I have Business and Administration qualification as well.

As a Registered Manager, I always enjoyed my responsibility for overseeing all
aspects of the service in line with CQC regulations, government legislation and
Company policies and procedures.  I am very passionate about my work. With my management skills for both Operation and Compliance I have achieved extraordinary standards and legendary care for our clients through my team.

With my experience and skills I have developed the best care team that delivered good CQC ratings and also received excellent feedback
from our clients for delivering the best service.
