Rose Reardon
Originally from South Africa, I began my career as a qualified pharmacist, driven by a deep passion for healthcare and wellbeing. I co-founded and served as Managing Director of one of South Africa’s first aesthetic clinics—a pioneering venture that combined clinical excellence with compassionate care.
Now based in Surrey, I bring that same dedication to my role as a proud co-owner of Walfinch Guildford and Woking Homecare Agency. My journey into home care was a deeply personal one. With a family history of dementia and osteoporosis and as a double cancer survivor, I’ve seen first-hand how transformative and dignified care at home can be. It’s this experience that fuels my mission: to provide high-quality, personalised support that allows individuals to live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes.
With a unique blend of clinical knowledge, entrepreneurial insight, and heartfelt empathy, I am committed to setting a new standard in home care—where clients are truly treated like family.

Before stepping into the world of home care, I spent many years as a television producer—crafting stories, managing teams, and bringing meaningful content to life. But the most powerful story I’ve ever encountered was far more personal: my mother’s experience with dementia.
Watching her navigate the challenges of the condition without access to proper care at home was heartbreaking. I saw how different her journey could have been with the right support—care that allowed her to stay in familiar surroundings, maintain her dignity, and feel truly seen.
That experience became the driving force behind my new path. Today, as the co-owner of Walfinch Guildford and Woking, I’m committed to changing the narrative for other families. Our mission is simple but powerful: to provide compassionate, reliable, and personalised care that helps people live with comfort and dignity in their own homes.
Combining my background in storytelling with a passion for meaningful impact, I now focus on creating care experiences that truly make a difference—because everyone deserves to age with respect, warmth, and choice.
